Refund policy

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at merch.support@asahibeverages.com.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To ensure you get a refund, make sure you:

  • Provide a reason for return
  • Attach any relevant details of the items including photos of faults
  • Attach proof of purchase, such as your original invoice or bank statement.

Shipping charge for change of mind purchases must be covered by the consumer. Faulty items will have return shipping refunded.

YOUR RIGHT TO A RETURN

You may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law for items you purchase from CUB if the item is:
  • faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase;
  • significantly different from the photo or description on the website;
  • substantially not fit for its purpose (meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would), and can't easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or unsafe.
  • and you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide CUB with proof of purchase, such as your original invoice or bank statement.

If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we may repair the item within a reasonable time (or, at our discretion, replace or refund the item).
Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, CUB will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.
